It’s that time of year! The leaves have changed, the air is cool and Southern Utahan’s are heating up hundreds of Dutch Ovens.  The Cedar Livestock and Heritage Festival is proud to hold the annual Dutch Oven Cook Off where experts and novices come together to enjoy a tradition known to many. YOU are encouraged to heat up your Dutch Oven(s) with us at the Cook-Off on October 24th. Your family,  friends and neighbors will enjoy this relaxed and fun filled competition. Come and join the community to find out who has the best technique in the area.

There will be 4 categories and you are welcome to enter 1, 2 or even all four of the categories.  Each category will have separate tasting and will be judged by the public. There will be prizes in each category. The categories include: Main Dish, Side Dish, Bread/ Rolls, and Dessert. In commemoration of our heritage and the theme of the Festival we encourage each main dish to include Lamb.
